Junior Level Programmer/Coder/Developer/Data Scientist/Analyst/Engineer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Develop web‑centric solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Utilize strong programming skills with Java, JavaScript, C++ and, for Data Science roles, Python and statistics.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle and ensure quality code delivery.
• Engage actively in career development programs including interview preparation and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with a network of leading tech companies to secure promising project opportunities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, self-learner and technically inquisitive.
• For Java Developer: Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, C++, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning: Solid understanding of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, and Time Series Analysis (for Data Science roles).
