Lead QA Analyst
Job description
Position: Lead QA Analyst
Location: hybrid in Buffalo, NY
Duration: 12+ months
Visa: gc or citizens
What You'll Need to Have:
Experience coordinating SIT and UAT for banking or loan servicing systems
Proven ability to write business requirements and test scripts/cases
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Minimum 6 years of combined business analysis or analytics experience, ideally in a financial institution
Deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows
Strong documentation skills using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Visio
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments in a financial services organization
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with risk & compliance frameworks and regulatory change management
Previous experience with system integrations, legacy banking systems, or core banking software
Exposure to SQL, data mapping, and system migrations within banking contexts
