Job Title: Senior Applied AI Engineer Agentic AI / DevSecOps Modernization

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: McLean, VA / Chantilly, VA

What we re looking for:
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and agentic AI frameworks
• Solid foundation in traditional AI / machine learning techniques and practical application
• Experience building production-ready AI solutions, not just prototypes
• Familiarity with DevOps / DevSecOps environments, software delivery workflows, and enterprise systems
• Strong skills in Python, APIs, automation, and cloud-based AI architectures
• Experience with AI patterns such as RAG, tool/function calling, orchestration, structured outputs, and workflow automation
• Ability to work across engineering, platform, security, and business teams to translate problems into scalable AI solutions
• Understanding of enterprise needs around security, governance, explainability, observability, and reliability

Preferred experience:
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• CI/CD, platform engineering, workflow automation, and secure SDLC practices
• Monitoring, evaluation, and operationalization of AI systems in enterprise settings
