At Regions, the Branch Delivery Market Manager oversees the company's branch network optimization and branch development projects while functioning as the single point of contact between Area Management and all other areas of the bank for managing and tracking branch projects from approval through completion.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develops, coordinates, and implements the company Branch plan; consolidation, divestiture and acquisition support, project validation
• Reviews and analyzes all transactions impacting the branch such as lease expirations, site acquisitions, space optimization initiatives, and other special projects as assigned
• Manages the review and decision process for all branch projects across the footprint, including unsolicited offers for existing branch or land bank properties, as well as potential sites
• Supports the design and implementation of SharePoint with key partners to improve project management and business case approval processes
• Supports area management and key partners with data and recommendations to facilitate strategies/decisions which optimize our branch network
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.

• Ten (10) years of related experience
• Ability to travel frequently

Additional Job Description
Location options include: Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
Preferred Experience:
Branch Renovation & Project Management
• Experience managing multi-branch renovation and refresh projects with minimal customer and employee disruption
• Knowledge of bank branch design standards, including teller lines, private offices, IT/ATM equipment areas, and security zones
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, cabling diagrams, and floor plans for financial centers
• Skilled in coordinating installation of ATMs/ITMs, cash recyclers, vaults, and secure storage systems
• Strong vendor/contractor oversight, including tracking milestones and resolving on-site issues
Banking Operations & Distribution Logistics
• Understanding of bank branch operational workflows (teller transactions, vault operations, client meeting rooms, queue flow)
• Ability to coordinate temporary layouts during construction while maintaining operational continuity and client experience standards
• Experience supporting shipment and placement of branch furniture, fixtures, IT equipment, and security components
• Knowledge of cash-handling equipment logistics and installation scheduling
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$102,878.05 USD
50th Percentile:
$131,420.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
