Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Market Enablement First Line Manager to join our Supply Chain (SC) Strategy & Supplier Development team in Arlington, Virginia.

Seeking a Market Enablement First Line Manager to lead a Supply Chain Strategy team, turning market opportunities into executable, risk-balanced programs and rolling out a standardized supplier development model. This hands-on leader will drive end-to-end delivery, liaise with the Washington, DC office, and develop a high-performing team.

Our team is currently hiring for a Level K Market Enablement First Line Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
• Manages Supply Base Management Specialist employees performing activities related to supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
• Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Provides oversight, guidance and approval of supply base plans to ensure integration with customer, program and commodity strategies.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
• 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain Management or Program Management
• 5+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
• Bachelor's degree
• Program management certification (PMP or equivalent) or demonstrable program governance experience
• Experience implementing operating models, process standardization, or supplier development frameworks
• Prior exposure to government engagement or Washington, DC office interfaces preferred
• Background in aerospace, defense, procurement, or commercial program management a plus
• Demonstrated experience converting strategic objectives into executable plans and driving end-to-end delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with experience preparing executive-level materials and leading governance reviews
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, escalate appropriately, and resolve cross-functional conflicts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven status reporting
