Role and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new member sales and for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role is key to ensuring members feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in the door.

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk-related tasks including answering phone calls, conducting informational calls and tours, assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and account updates.
• Address member service issues and questions, escalating to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the club in accordance with Planet Fitness standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Basic computer proficiency.
