Senior OutSystems Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust applications that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

• Design and develop applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements → design → build → deploy → support
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing

Architecture & Best Practices

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions
• Implement integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, databases)
• Apply governance, security, and performance optimization best practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Provide guidance on feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offs

Innovation & AI

• Explore and implement AI-driven features within OutSystems applications
• Support initiatives around agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with OutSystems
• Strong understanding of:
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Database design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise application development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems certifications
• Exposure to AI/ML or automation tools
