Required Qualifications

9+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce BSA.

Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM platform.

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with UAT coordination and test case creation.
