About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our financial measurement reporting operations, improve customer experience, and achieve strategic goals. This position will be working on a hybrid schedule in our Morrisville, NC location three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial digital transformation projects focused on finance reporting, oversee the full lifecycle from problem diagnosis, requirement defining, and digital solution design to on-time delivery, while driving seamless business adoption through targeted stakeholder engagement, change management, and training support.
- Partners with overseas finance teams to identify pain points in measurement reporting, gather business requirements, and drive the unification and optimization of measurement reporting and financial analysis processes.
- Lead finance reporting transformation projects to on-time delivery, while supporting seamless business adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the finance team in deploying these initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, with expertise in FPA, Accounting Consolidation, Expense Management or Risk Management.
- 3+ years of experience in global finance transformation projects (e.g., FPA, Audit), with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial digital transformation best practices, key enabling technologies (including AI, big data analytics), and industry-leading solutions for finance reporting.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies, data analytics tools, and financial system architectures (e.g., ERP, BI tools).
- Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
- Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical insight intoAI technology applications in financial transformation(e.g., AI-driven financial data analysis, intelligent reporting generation, predictive financial insights).
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
