To thrive as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at SwimRVA, you’ll need a unique blend of skills and a positive attitude! A customer service orientation is vital as you engage with members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Organization and efficiency will help you juggle multiple tasks, from answering calls to coordinating activities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for ensuring clear and friendly interactions. Due to the dynamic nature of our environment, you'll need to be flexible, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. While an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification is preferred, a willingness to obtain one shows your commitment to safety and member well-being.
