About the Role

We are seeking a skilled welding professional to contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality cargo trailers. In this role, you will apply your expertise in MIG welding to ensure the structural integrity and precision of our products. Your proficiency in welding techniques and attention to detail will be crucial in meeting production goals and maintaining our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality MIG welds on trailer frames, walls, floors, and structural components to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, measurements, and production specifications to ensure accurate welding.
• Conduct thorough inspections of welds to verify accuracy, strength, and appearance, ensuring structural integrity.
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to accurately assemble and fit parts prior to welding, contributing to efficient workflow.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Adhere to production timelines while consistently maintaining high-quality standards in all welding tasks.

Qualifications Required Skills

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with MIG welding, ideally within a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting.
• Proficiency in welding steel frames, trailer components, brackets, and structural assemblies.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.
• Capability to safely operate hand tools, measuring equipment, and shop machinery.
