Role Description

The Floor Supervisor role at Burlington Stores, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Exton, PA. The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, including maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor. Responsibilities include supporting associates in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with merchandise presentation, and providing coaching and training to team members. The Floor Supervisor will also collaborate with management to execute sales strategies and meet store performance goals.

• Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage effectively with associates and customers.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Sales and retail operations, with an aptitude for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on fostering a positive, inclusive store environment.
