Chief People Officer (CPO) Brown Edwards

Brown Edwards is seeking a dynamic Chief People Officer to shape the future of talent, culture, and leadership across a growing public accounting and advisory firm. This is a pivotal executive role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

The Opportunity

The Chief People Officer is a key executive leader responsible for firm‑wide people strategy and disciplined HR execution. As CPO, you will ensure the firm has the talent, leadership capacity, performance culture, and HR infrastructure to deliver the firm’s annual vision and strategic plan. You’ll lead HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and compliance.

  • Not theory over results
  • Not avoidance of ER or employment risk decisions
