Customer Service Analyst

Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Reps.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintaining a friendly customer relationship with High Profile Accounts as support person to CR Reps and liaison in the supply of packaging to accommodate production in multiple locations throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Write customer orders received in various manners, ensuring that all required production and billing specs are included and accurate.
• Assist Sales Reps/CR Reps in processing of orders and plan completion based on customer provided forecasts.
• Coordinate sample needs with design team for new project development and quotation. Forward drawings and CAD samples to customers for necessary approvals.
• Process customer delivery requirements against WIP advising production planner, shipping and customer of changes as they occur.
• Coordinate inventory replacement for customers utilizing outsourced consignment warehouse facilities for JIT deliveries avoiding inventory outages and downtime.
• Maintenance and execution of forecasting and decision models
• Identify forecast risk and develop effective, flexible, and durable mitigation strategies
• Assist in reconciliation of information and input of data in various systems.
• Assist in development of job orders
• Participate in special projects as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Meet with Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps, VP Sales and President to review account prices, upcoming changes and expectations.
• Limited Travel (if any)

Job Qualifications

• College Degree, any major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, with strong Excel skills
• 3-5 years’ experience in service or sales
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and attention to detail

Salary Range: $63,000-$68,000 (Based on experience)
