PeopleShare has an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment in Pennsauken, NJ. Candidates must be bilingual with both English and Spanish.

Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - English/Spanish

Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08109 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $21-22/hr Duration: 4 month contract-to-hire

This role is in our Call Center, where you are responsible for providing customers with an optimal experience by providing a high level of professionalism and customer service. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide information on our product/services by answering questions and resolving customer concerns with accuracy and efficiency. As a family-owned business specializing in replacement hardware, we strive for our employees to collaborate to benefit the company. In addition to any primary responsibilities, this position includes a flexible work environment that will welcome and encourage input on various projects across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone or email regarding product or services
  • Attract prospective customers by answering product questions and then further suggesting additional information for products and services offered
  • Resolve customer complaints by conducting independent analysis: determine the cause, provide a solution, expedite correction and lastly, follow up on customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that customers feel supported and valued by providing ongoing, clear, concise, and professional communication with customers via phone and/or email to learn and address their needs, complaints, or issues
  • Learn and maintain an updated knowledge of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist the customer base
  • Assist in managing customer records by updating account information as needed
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements
  • Bilingual with English and Spanish
  • 2 years of Call Center experience
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong listening & communication skills
  • Eager to learn and apply learned knowledge
  • Detailed oriented, organized, and punctual
  • Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and presents a professional work image
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must be capable to work in a team environment and cooperate with leadership and communicate with other team members
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines and take ownership and accountability for issue resolution
  • Self-motivated and determined individual with a desire to succeed

Qualifications
