Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Mineola, NY. The CSR will provide high-quality customer support by assisting clients with insurance inquiries, policy servicing, claims processing, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, providing guidance on insurance options, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will focus on building positive relationships with clients while contributing to the agency's success.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and foster client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
