Responsibilities

• Engaging in pleasant interactions with clients upon their arrival is essential
• Fulfill duties at the register, offer advice on purchases, and assist with the food program operations when required.
• There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Manifest a reliable and anticipated presence at the designated location.
• Expect to interact with customers on a daily basis while working with a spirited team to achieve daily goals and tasks around the store

Physical Requirements

• Ability to uphold a standing posture and/or engage in walking for a stretch of 8 hours
• Carry and raise weights of up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for periods not exceeding 30 minutes
• Lift and maneuver loads up to 60 pounds occasionally, relocating them from the ground to waist level intermittently
• Use your arms to push or pull with a maximum force of 20 pounds
• Participate in waist bending activities with occasional twisting for a period not exceeding one hour in a shift
• Employ hands to grip, access, and operate objects.
• This type of manual labor demands synchronization between hand and eye movements, potentially involving the use of a ladder for tasks like storing and fetching items or putting up and taking down signs
