About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our employee benefits programs. This role will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, and aligning benefits strategy with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness programs
- Lead annual open enrollment process from planning through execution
- Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
- Evaluate and benchmark benefit offerings to ensure market competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other federal/state regulations
- Partner with HR and Finance on benefits budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze utilization and cost data to recommend plan improvements
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complex benefits issues
- Develop employee communications and educational materials
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing open enrollment and vendor negotiations
- Advanced Excel and HRIS experience (Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR a plus
Responsibilities
