Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
- Proven track record of supervising and motivating a team to meet performance goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic retail math and the ability to interpret store performance reports.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate all areas of the sales floor.

Responsibilities
- Store Leadership: Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring all company best practices and operational standards are upheld.
- Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new associates, providing ongoing coaching to foster a high-performing team.
- Operational Excellence: Manage payroll administration, associate scheduling, and daily punch edits to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Merchandising & Marketing: Oversee the flow of goods from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring items are sized, recovered, and organized according to brand guidelines.
- Financial Stewardship: Monitor controllable expenses and payroll hours against the budget to maximize store profitability.
- Customer Experience: Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring every customer receives friendly, efficient service at the registers and fitting rooms.
- Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe and secure environment by implementing safety protocols and managing inventory shortage programs.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance vendors and associates to keep the store clean, professional, and easy to shop.
