Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Planner Specialist/Facilities for our client, a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security. This is a 12 month contract onsite offering a pay rate of $44.00 per hour based on skillset.

Role Details

  • Compensation: $44.00 per hour.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
  • Duration: 12 month contract.
  • Location: York, PA (Onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage office interior design, assists with office layouts, recommendations, fit outs, furniture purchases and overall coordination efforts.
  • Responsible for space planning to include setting up new or renovating existing areas for furniture appearances and finishes.
  • Monitor and coordinate activities of maintenance and/or subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules and project scope.

What We’re Looking For

  • B.S. degree in Architecture / Interior design or equivalent education.
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD software including MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in space planning, interior design, or corporate real estate.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and spatial visualization skills.
