## Full Stack Engineer III — Remote
Location: USA
POSITION SUMMARY
The Full Stack Engineer III serves as a lead technical resource and participates in all phases of the development life cycle. You will analyze complex business logic and technical challenges and help shape and deliver the Company’s future. This role analyzes, configures, and tunes applications and requires familiarity with digital technologies. The Full Stack Engineer III also creates and enforces software development standards and general best practices for web development.
You will lead the development of the next generation of responsive web applications, building across a full stack of technologies. Expect to design component solutions that minimize maintenance and increase speed to market, and to leverage new technologies to solve problems and achieve business outcomes. Collaboration is essential: you will work cross-functionally with Integration, QA, Operations and the business to drive results, provide solutions across the IT organization, and mentor and coach junior engineers to uphold standards and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design and development of responsive web applications across the full stack.
- Analyze complex business logic and technical challenges; propose and implement solutions.
- Create and enforce software development standards and best practices for web development.
- Collaborate with Integration, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: design, requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release, and operational support.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES
- JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java
- Front-end frameworks/design: Bootstrap or Material Design, CSS, HTML, SASS
- Familiarity with agile (Scrum) methodologies and modern software development practices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development, information systems, or an equivalent technical environment.
- Experience developing highly transactional, mission-critical applications and multi-user system architectures.
PAY RANGE
$109,500.00 - $150,600.00 DOE
