How You Will Lead

• Operational Command: Travel across our multi-site network, refining and enforcing the standard operating procedures that keep our spas pristine and our service flawless.
• People & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and empower our Salon Leads. You will conduct meaningful reviews and foster a culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and genuine care.
• Financial & Strategic Growth: Take ownership of the P&L across all locations. You will balance labor budgets, drive revenue initiatives, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising the luxury experience.
• Seamless Execution: Manage inventory logistics, vendor relationships, and compliance so our frontline teams have exactly what they need to deliver on our Brand Promise every day.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership overseeing multi-unit operations (premium retail, hospitality, or wellness preferred).
• Agility & Presence: You are an engaged, visible leader with the flexibility to navigate a 7-day-a-week business, including necessary evenings or weekends. Reliable travel between our six NJ locations is required.
• Financial Acumen: A proven track record of managing P&Ls and scaling profitability.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
