Game Programmer

I'm a game design teacher and tutor working weekly with a game design trainee, helping him achieve his dream of making an action role-playing game. As such, we are looking for eager and dedicated volunteer programmers, designers, and artists who can help be a part of the creative project and process.

Responsibilities for this given role include the following:.

• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay features, mechanics, and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C++ and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Optimize game performance and memory usage to ensure smooth and satisfying gameplay experiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and implement effective solutions.

I myself am a proficient game designer and game artist, and I am looking for anyone else to help join our burgeoning team. Any skill set and any skill level are valid, and I am always open to hearing from anyone at any time.
