Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth as a Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at a residential treatment facility in Virginia.

This role involves providing mental health care, including diagnosis, evaluations, and medication management, for children aged 5-14 who have experienced trauma, neglect, or have psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. The Medical Director supervises contracted psychiatric professionals and ensures the health and welfare of students in a nurturing, holistic environment on a 270-acre farm.

• Requires MD/DO license in Virginia, DEA license, and board eligibility or certification in psychiatry.
• Preferred experience with at-risk youth and child mental health conditions.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, with hybrid options available.
