Job description

Our confidential client is seeking a Title & Easement Analyst to manage service easement transactions from initiation through recording. This role works closely with internal technical and legal teams, as well as external applicants, property owners, and municipal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience with easements, title review, or real estate transaction coordination and is comfortable managing multiple files independently.

This is a hybrid role, with monthly meetings at the client's office in New Brunswick, NJ and/or partner offices in South Plainfield, NJ. Occasional site visits may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all internal and external aspects of the service easement process from file opening through recording
  • Review Real Estate Action Requests related to service easements
  • Review title documents and service easement exhibits
  • Prepare service easement forms and assemble easement packages for applicants
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams (Technicians, Legal, CRET) and external stakeholders (Applicants, Property Owners, Counties, and Municipal Officials)
  • Coordinate execution and recording of completed service easements
  • Manage all administrative aspects of transactions in Tririga, including file setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Report on transaction progress during bi-weekly team meetings
  • Independently manage a portfolio of service easements
  • Support other CRET transactions as needed Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Service easements or right-of-way coordination
  • Real estate transaction coordination or land services
  • Title review or easement documentation
  • Utility, telecom, energy, or infrastructure environments
  • Experience reviewing title documents and coordinating with legal or regulatory teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Experience with Tririga or similar CRE/real estate systems preferred Work Environment & Benefits
