Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: 90% Remote - Can be located in Pennsylvania or Maryland

Salary: Based on Experience. Commission opportunities available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a dedicated book of personal lines clients, focusing on retention and long-term relationship-building.
  • Prepare policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy summaries promptly and accurately.
  • Market both new and renewal business to carriers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing for clients.
  • Deliver timely, professional communication and guidance to clients regarding coverage, claims, and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and internal support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Utilize agency management systems to streamline daily workflow and documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and administrative tasks.

Must-Have Skills

  • Active insurance license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing personal insurance accounts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering professional service.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Ezylnx, AMS360, or equivalent agency management systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing and negotiating personal lines insurance policies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
  • Background in supporting professional development or continuing education initiatives.
  • Experience in hybrid or remote insurance environments.
