Responsibilities for Customer Care Representative
- You will greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program.
- There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
- Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance.
- You will interact with many customers daily, all while working with a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store!

Requirements for Customer Care Representative
- Capability to remain on one's feet and/or move about for a maximum of 8 consecutive hours
- Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 30 pounds vertically for up to half an hour during a work shift.
- This type of manual labor necessitates coordination between the eyes and hands, possibly involving the use of a ladder to store or retrieve materials and to install or take down signs.
