Senior Software Engineering Lead – Hedge Fund Technology (New York)

CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global alternative investment firm to hire a Senior Software Engineering Lead for its New York–based hedge fund technology team.

The Role

Lead a team of full-stack engineers building and scaling cloud-native applications that support hedge fund investment and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders to design, deliver, and maintain mission-critical systems, driving both technical excellence and business impact across the platform.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in software engineering, with proven team leadership

Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, and AWS

Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based systems

Experience delivering complex systems in an Agile environment

Background in financial services, hedge funds, or asset management preferred
