Job description

Dispatcher / Project Coordinator – $1,400 per Week

Our company is a fast-growing service organization that acts as the central point of communication between technicians, vendors, and customers. We do not perform field work — we coordinate it. This role is for someone who thrives on organization, follow-ups, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned at all times.

What This Role Really Is

You are the middle-man between

  • Customers requesting service
  • Technicians and vendors completing the work
  • Internal management overseeing timelines, costs, and quality

Your job is to make sure everyone is informed, on schedule, and aligned — at all times.

Core Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and coordinate service calls and multi-step projects
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with technicians and customers
  • Track job progress from start to completion
  • Follow up aggressively on:
  • ETAs
  • Delays
  • Updates
  • Completion confirmations
  • Ensure all parties receive real-time updates
  • Keep detailed notes, timelines, and documentation in our system
  • Escalate issues immediately — no surprises
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously without dropping the ball

Communication Is the Job

  • You will be on the phone and email throughout the day
  • You must be comfortable giving updates, asking for clarity, and pushing for answers
  • Silence and assumptions are not acceptable — constant communication is required
  • Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Daytime business hours
  • On-site position (this is not remote)

Compensation

  • $1,400 per week
  • Paid weekly
  • Long-term, stable position

✅ Who This Is For

  • Someone highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • Strong communicator who follows up until things are resolved
  • Calm under pressure and able to think critically
  • Prior dispatching, project coordination, or operations experience preferred

Who This Is NOT For

  • Anyone looking for a low-stress or slow-paced role
  • Someone who dislikes constant communication
  • Anyone who waits to be told what to do
  • Anyone uncomfortable being the point of accountability

Why Join Us

  • Clear structure and expectations
  • A key role in daily operations
  • Opportunity to grow within a multi-company organization
  • Leadership that values accountability and performance
