Job Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in budget formulation and evaluation, and will provide insights on resource management. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting specialized analysis related to accounting, resource management, payroll, and benefits.
- Creating and managing automated reporting systems while developing a range of insightful reports and briefings.
- Assessing performance metrics, costs, and resource utilization against set goals.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff at various levels.
- Proficient in project organization, planning, and execution.
- Familiarity with Navy protocols and organizational structures is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Security Clearance Required: Candidates must pass a background check and obtain an interim and/or final security clearance before starting. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the job offer.

Compensation: $53,947.00 - $65,987.00 per year
