Project Engineer - (Electrical Biased)

Location: Onsite 100% – Red Lion, PA 17356 USA

Pay range: $80,000 USD to $110,000 USD.

About the Role

  • Client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer (Electrical Biased) to support the delivery of manufacturing projects from concept through to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with minimal guidance, taking ownership of tasks, while also contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

Candidates Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
  • 2 plus years’ experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or capital project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, commissioning processes, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with CAD software or electrical design tools is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Candidates Will Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering aspects of projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, controls, and civil disciplines to ensure full project integration.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure technical and schedule requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets; escalate risks or deviations as needed.
  • Prepare documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, and technical reports.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Participate in design reviews, site meetings, and commissioning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or cost reduction.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes company compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
