Base salary is $45,000 to 60,000 based on experience with additional commissions and bonuses' and be part of a team that cares about both its employees and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and coverage options to meet their individual needs.
  • Inbound Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and timely assistance.
  • Policy Updates: Process policy changes and updates efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' interests and provide empathetic support to address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Licensing: Pa Property & Casualty license is preferred must obtain within 60 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Customer-Focused: A dedication to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light.
