Mandatory Skills

Python and React JS

Al/GenAI-RAG based solution

GraphDB (neo4j) RAG or Elasticsearch (GraphDB has higher weightage)

Building NLQ based interface

MSSQL/Snowflake

Fast API

Good To have

Genesys PureCloud API/SDK/ Architect Flow knowledge or experience

Building REST based APIs

A BIG NO

Candidates who have built only POC or MVPs

No experience in production ready or solution deployed to production

No hands on experience

Only theoritical knowledge on mandatory skills

Only ML based experience
