The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level and contribute to missions that ensure our nation's safety? As a Defense Acquisition Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing complex challenges by applying your strategic and technical expertise. Your insights will guide critical projects related to enterprise communication infrastructure and network services acquisitions.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and acquisition planning to manage the acquisition process effectively. You will be instrumental in delivering reliable communication solutions vital to national security.

You Will

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for both competitive and non-competitive scenarios.
  • Conduct source selections and technical evaluations to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Provide acquisition support for key DoD program milestones and decision events.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
  • Utilize your understanding of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
  • Obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bring at least a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of DoD acquisition experience, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive DoD acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge in telecommunications acquisition.
  • Experience in developing and managing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is projected between $86,800.00 and $198,000.00 annually, based on factors such as location, education, and experience.
