Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) – Temp to Perm

Location: Edison, NJ Pay: $23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) for an immediate opportunity in Edison, NJ. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with order status, product questions, and service requests
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Support internal departments with administrative and customer-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
