Position Overview
The Junior Project Manager will support client accounts by managing service requests, coordinating vendors, and overseeing project execution through online platforms such as ServiceChannel and other web-based customer portals.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with vendors and clients daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work orders and service requests through ServiceChannel and similar platforms
- Coordinate vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Communicate with clients regarding project status and updates
- Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer requirements
- Assist Senior Project Managers with larger multi-site initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within online systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field)
- 1–3 years of project coordination, facilities management, or related experience
- Experience using ServiceChannel or similar online service platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work in-office in New Hyde Park, NY
