Position Summary

The Clinical Director provides leadership and clinical oversight of the Substance Use Disorder program, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Maryland COMAR regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to SUD counselors
Ensure compliance with COMAR and Medicaid requirements
Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
Support program development and quality improvement
Train and mentor clinical staff

Qualifications

Maryland licensed: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC
Approved to provide clinical supervision
Experience in substance use treatment required
Strong leadership and compliance knowledge
