Position Summary

The Clinical Director provides leadership and clinical oversight of the Substance Use Disorder program, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Maryland COMAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to SUD counselors
  • Ensure compliance with COMAR and Medicaid requirements
  • Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Support program development and quality improvement
  • Train and mentor clinical staff

Qualifications

  • Maryland licensed: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC
  • Approved to provide clinical supervision
  • Experience in substance use treatment required
  • Strong leadership and compliance knowledge
