About The Job
The Opella US Integrated Business Planning(IBP) Head, will lead and direct the monthly execution of the IBP/Demand Planning process. This role will help to drive the collaboration between the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain across the US organization. This individual will maintain the key IBP calendar dates and certify that all cross-functional inputs are prepared prior to key meetings. They will also ensure the IBP participants are aligned and drive for consensus each IBP cycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute key IBP/DP processes along with the leadership of the primary functional areas within the U.S CHC E2E organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, etc.
- Establish and manage a scorecard to track IBP/DP performance, including MAPE, SPA and team performance to plan
- Ensure forecasting capabilities for the Commercial business are delivering expected accuracy results
- Manage the calendar for IBP related meetings and work with participants to ensure that content is prepared as required
- Anticipate and identify areas of improvement and help lead efforts to close process gaps
- Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of forecasting models, including consumption, shipments, inventory, etc
- Collaborate with the different functional areas that participate in the process in order to enhance the flow of information between all parties
- Assist in driving process improvements that improve forecasting results and participant satisfaction
About You
- Bachelors’ degree required; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience across multiple areas of the supply chain, including roles involving direct customer interactions
- S&OP, IBP, supply / demand planning experience preferred
- 7+ years' experience in CPG/FMCG industry
- Kinaxis/SAP experience preferred
- A demonstrated track-record for delivering results, developing capabilities, exceeding goals and is recognized as an expert in delivering breakthrough and innovative solutions
- Ability to develop organizational capabilities while influencing others
- Lead and inspire others when facing highly ambiguous, complex situations
- Eager to improve oneself, the immediate team, and the greater community
- Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to leverage Excel and other planning tools in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizes effective, professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with internal colleagues; displays flexibility in your approach to people and situation

The salary range for this position is: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00
