We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Senior Real-Time Data Engineer / Feature Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in real-time data processing technologies such as Kafka (KStreams/KTable) and NoSQL databases like Redis. This role requires close collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams.

As an individual contributor, you will work across one or more teams while also having the opportunity to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery, depending on project scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable real-time data processing solutions
• Work with Kafka (KStreams/KTable) for streaming data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
• Contribute as an individual contributor while also leading key initiatives
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in Big Data / real-time data processing
• Strong hands-on experience with Kafka (KStreams, KTable)
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or HBase
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, and Bash/Shell scripting
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data partitioning, and fault-tolerant architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver solutions for business-critical applications
