Sr. Human Resources, Program Manager

A global financial services firm is seeking a Senior HR Program Manager to partner directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in complexity, drives projects from idea to execution, and earns trust at every level! You'll be the CHRO's leverage - bringing structure, surfacing options, and seeing global initiatives through to completion across the full HR spectrum.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects end-to-end across performance, compensation, employee relations, org design, global mobility, and more
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CHRO proactively surfacing insights, presenting options, and driving decisions forward
• Establish and maintain project management standards; track progress, surface risks, and keep initiatives on track
• Own global mobility operations: relocations, transfers, immigration coordination, and compliance
• Prepare executive briefings and communications for leadership
• Roll up your sleeves, build materials, analyze data, implement solutions when needed

Qualifications

• 12+ years of broad HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional HR projects
• Global mobility experience preferred (vendor coordination, immigration, compliance)
• Prior Chief of Staff, HR PMO, or strategic HR role a plus
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, SharePoint, or similar tools a plus
