About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, excels in complex Salesforce development, and enjoys partnering cross‑functionally to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
• Configure and manage workflows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules.
• Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic apps, and custom settings.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and quality checks.
• Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and sandbox management.
• Troubleshoot user issues, resolve bugs, and support end‑users with training.
• Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures.

📘 Required Qualifications

✅Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

✅Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer I certifications( Highly Preferred)

✅5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience.

✅Advanced experience with workflows, automations, and platform customizations.

✅Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.

✅Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and Data Cloud.

✅Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

✅Strong background in integrations, system configuration, and data maintenance.

✅Experience working within an Agile environment.

✅Deep understanding of Salesforce security best practices.

✅Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
