Senior Product Management Leader

Product Manager (Leadership) Responsibilities

• Guide a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of groundbreaking products.
• Lead product development alongside a talented team of engineers and designers.
• Build, manage, and nurture a diverse team of product leaders with a broad array of experiences and perspectives.
• Establish a shared vision across departments, aligning on priorities that facilitate product execution.
• Utilize usability studies, market analysis, and user research to define product requirements and drive user satisfaction.
• Develop and evaluate metrics to assess product success and impact.
• Understand Facebook's strategic positioning and deliver industry-leading products.
• Optimize efficiency in a dynamic environment, embracing creativity and fluid processes.
• Oversee multiple products and priorities, effectively scaling teams and establishing clear, measurable goals for success.
• Identify new project opportunities and build teams to successfully execute them.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
• More than 12 years of collaborative experience with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• At least 8 years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical leadership skills.
• Experience presenting ideas and products to senior executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-focused technology industries.
• Experience in developing 0-1 products, platforms, or marketplaces.

Public Compensation

$249,000/year to $323,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
