The Joint, Office of the Secretary of War , Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of War , Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.

The Acquisition and Technology Analysis Group within JOID specializes in the application of multi-disciplinary analytic skills to support multiple clients within the Department of War ( DoW ). These clients include the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering ( OUSW (R&E)), Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment ( OUSW (A&S)), DARPA, the Joint Staff, and USINDOPACOM.  SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively. Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.

We have a future need for a Sr. EW Acquisition Analyst to provi de onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

SPA is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Analyst to support OSW portfolio management of the DoW Electronic Warfare-related sustainment and mo de rnization efforts. Will apply extensive operational, technical, and programmatic experience de aling with the platforms and issues associated with Electronic Warfare. Assist senior government lea de rs by providing analytic support to the Electronic Warfare Executive Committee (EXCOM), conducting research into enterprise-level issues during Integrated Acquisition Portfolio Reviews, and responding to Congressional inquiries. De velop memorandums and presentations suitable for senior lea de r discussions and de cisions, and capture the key points of highly complex topics. Will also provi de general action office support and coordinate across multiple stakehol de rs in the Services, Combatant Commands, and other OSW offices.

Qualifications

Required

• 12+ years of relevant experience in the Electronic Warfare domain, with a preferred focus on Airborne Electronic Attack (surface/ground Electronic Attack and Electronic Support/SIGINT)
• 5+ years of relevant experience working in D e fense Acquisitions
• Master's d e gree
• Experience supporting senior DoW /Service staffs
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness for occasional travel (less than 10%)
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
