Business Systems Analyst

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, user stories, functional specs) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop clear process flows, visual workflows, and system diagrams using Visio and related tools
• Produce key project artifacts including RTMs, gap analyses, data mappings, and impact assessments
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure requirements clarity through development and UAT
• Health Insurance / Managed Care experience (Claims, Enrollment, Billing, Provider) nice to have
