Role Overview

This is a remote internship (NYC and Long Island-based candidates preferred). You’ll work directly with our acquisitions team to help source deals, build our property pipeline, and support underwriting efforts.

This is primarily a commission-based opportunity — interns will earn an acquisition fee for any deal they help source that successfully closes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source off-market real estate opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and research
• Build and maintain a database of target properties and owners
• Assist in deal sourcing strategies and pipeline tracking
• Support underwriting efforts and learn financial analysis techniques
• Help prepare investment memos and deal summaries
• Conduct market and comparable property research
• Attend site visits (if location is reasonably accessible)

Qualifications

• In the process of completing a four-year college degree
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability. Prior coursework in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, and/or Management preferred
• Genuine interest in real estate
• Comfortable with outreach / cold calling
• Self-starter with a track record of initiative and follow-through
• Organized with strong attention to detail: able to think critically about deals and spot inconsistencies or gaps in information
• Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint (real estate financial modeling experience preferred, but not required)

Bonus

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code & Claude Cowork
• Experience building systems, automations, or workflows
