Primary Skills: SQL (Advanced), Data Engineering (Intermediate), Reporting (Expert), Financial Reporting (Intermediate), Data Infrastrucure (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 9+ Months (Possible Extension) Location: Sunnyvale, CA (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $80-90/Hour on W2 #LP

Job Summary: We are seeking a data analyst with an expert level of SQL proficiency and significant experience in data visualization and report generation. The ideal candidate will support our finance and accounting teams by transforming large datasets into actionable insights and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. This role requires adaptability to work efficiently on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Liaise with finance and accounting teams to align technical data insights with financial reporting.
• Guarantee data accuracy and reliability through rigorous validation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide cross-functional support and communication to bridge technical and financial reporting needs.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL capabilities, including complex joins and database optimization
• Proven experience in data visualization and report building
• Excellent adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Industry Experience

• Background in Accounting or Finance is highly desired but secondary to SQL expertise.
