We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Electrical Superintendent in for our Cary/Durham, NC industrial pharmaceutical project site who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you’ll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years of industrial construction site experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes.
  • MEP background with prior industrial site experience
  • Prior experience managing contractors

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Pharma experience
  • Experience with automation systems, process controls, low-voltage and high-voltage installations
  • OSHA 30 training
  • Working knowledge in construction project sequencing and ability to utilize 3D technologies such as BIM360, REVIT or other.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $160,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
