Responsibilities

• Collect expectations and requirements of the customer
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development
• Manage best practice and ensuring these practices are used
• Understands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client
• Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines
• Customer' expectations management
• UI/UX designs reviewing
• Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing
• Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc.
• Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
• Regular status reporting

Mandatory Skills Description

• Ability to work out of Toronto office 4 days/week (Mon - Thurs)
• Motivated and able to work independently (e.g. leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions)
• Strong written communication skills, experience writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagrams
• Strong SQL and data analytics skills
• Experience working as a scrum master
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Assertive and willing to follow up on blockers and dependencies

Nice-to-Have Skills Description

• Certified scrum master certification is a plus
