About Us Beauty brand looking for a skilled video editor and content creator. We already have our posting schedule and automation fully handled, all we need is someone to take over our content library and turn it into viral gold. Your Role We have thousands of raw videos and pictures. Your sole job is to sort through the library, clean, cut, paste, blend, and edit these raw assets into high-retention, scroll-stopping videos for our 4 core platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You must be obsessed with current social media trends and know exactly how to engineer a video for maximum organic reach. Your Responsibilities Content Repurposing & Editing - sift through thousands of raw assets (photos and B-roll) and transform them into fast-paced, highly engaging short-form videos. Daily Output Requirements - you must be able to deliver 4 fully edited, trend-optimized short-form videos per day - and approx 100 videos per month. Trend Integration - monitor TikTok and IG Reels daily. You must know exactly what audio is trending, what text hooks are working, and how to apply those formats to our existing footage before the trend dies. Platform Optimization - Format and pace the videos correctly for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, adding platform-native text, engaging captions, and visual pattern interrupts. CRITICAL Requirements: Expert in Editing Software: You must be highly proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Proven Track Record: You must provide live social links to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts accounts where we can verify videos you have personally edited and grown. If you can't provide proof of live socials you work for or with, don't apply and waste your time, you'll be rejected. Trend Literacy: Deep, obsessive understanding of what makes a video go viral in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics space today.
