Advanced Analytics Manager

Role and Responsibilities of Advanced Analytics Manager

You will design, analyze, and communicate advanced data insights to influence business and advertising decisions, while developing automated pipelines and dashboards for ongoing analytics.

  • Build, interpret, quantify, and visualize the impact of data and business intelligence for advertisers and internal stakeholders
  • Work with large, disparate datasets to perform ad hoc analyses and report on customer and brand-specific performance
  • Leverage SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to design and develop complex data pipelines
  • Develop and automate data flows, pipelines, and alerts using AirFlow DAGs for timely scheduling and analysis in Google Cloud Platform
  • Support executive-level presentations and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand evolving metrics and implement data-driven solutions
  • Ensure data quality and maintain data analysis alerts across multiple platforms

Required Skills and Experience of Advanced Analytics Manager:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field
  • Experience creating, managing, and manipulating databases using SQL on Cloud servers
  • Proficiency developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and Tableau Prep
  • Experience creating statistical models in Python using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and SciPy
  • Experience using Python notebooks and extracting actionable insights from large datasets using MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of automating tasks and schedules to reduce manual dependencies using Tableau, BigQuery, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data quality and analysis alerts using scheduling tools

Compensation and Benefits of Advanced Analytics Manager

  • Annual salary range: $109,491 - $186,000
  • Additional performance-based annual or quarterly incentives
